Zestoretic 20mg Tablets 28’s treats high blood pressure. The drug contains lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide as its active ingredients.
- Lisinopril belongs to a group of medicines called ACE inhibitors. The inhibitors work effectively by making your blood vessels widen.
- Hydrochlorothiazide belongs to a group of medicines called diuretics. The diuretics help your body to get rid of water and salts like sodium in your urine.
However, do not take this drug;
- If you have severe kidney problems or you have stopped passing urine. Also, do no take if you have severe liver problems.
- This drug is also not recommended if you are more than 3 months pregnant
