Description
Emadon Syrup 2mg/5ml 30ml manages nausea and vomiting induced by cytotoxic chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and prevents post-operative nausea and vomiting in adults.
- Ondansetron manages chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) in children aged ≥6 months.
Oral ondansetron therapy, as a single dose, should be considered for infants and children six months to 12 years of age .
- Who present to the ED with vomiting related to suspected acute gastroenteritis,
- Who have mild to moderate dehydration or who have failed oral rehydration therapy.
