Description
carditan H 28’S are a combination of an angiotensin II receptor antagonist (losartan) and a diuretic (hydrochlorothiazide). Carditan-H tablets are indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure).
- it helps to reduce the risk of stroke in patient with left ventricular hypertrophy, and in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
- It has also been tried in heart failure and in myocardial infarction.
