Description
Rhinathiol Promethazine 100ml  used for Bronchiectasis, Sneezing, Allergic disorders, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Nose itching, Eye irritation and other conditions.
It contains Carbocisteine and Promethazine.
Promethazine is in a group of drugs called phenothiazines (FEEN-oh-THYE-a-zeens). It works by changing the actions of chemicals in your brain. Promethazine also acts as an antihistamine.
The syrup works by reducing the viscosity of sputum; blocking histamines or nitrogenous compounds.
